Generate Memos in Rivanna

You can now draft and generate memos directly within Rivanna through the Analysis tab.

Rivanna's generated memos are directly integrated with the full context of your underlying data room and other uploaded materials.

You can define the structure of a report by specifying the content, output style, and format for each section.

Compared to general-purpose chat platforms, Rivanna's memos offer several advantages:

• Direct integration with deal context

• Directly auditable and granular citations

• Sections can be refined individually, making it easier to iterate on specific parts of the analysis without regenerating the entire report

• More detailed and structured outputs

Templates

Rivanna now enables users to create and reuse templates across each mode of analysis on the platform, including chat prompts, reports, matrices, and diligence trackers.

Rivanna comes out-of-the-box with a set of standard templates tailored for private equity diligence and deal screening, but you can further create new templates for yourself and your firm.
