Today we're introducing Agentic Outputs in Rivanna. You can now prompt Rivanna to generate analyses and outputs directly in xlsx, pptx, docx, and pdf formats.

This means that you can ask Rivanna to analyze or clean a customer data cube and generate slides or memos based on the information uploaded to the platform.

This release marks a major step forward for Rivanna. Until now, Rivanna has primarily helped investors search, retrieve and synthesize information across large diligence datasets. With Agentic Outputs, the platform now extends further into the workflow by enabling users to produce analyses and deliverables directly within Rivanna.

As we work closely with our LLM partners and configure custom skills for specific outputs and analyses, we expect Rivanna’s ability to generate high-quality analyses and outputs to compound rapidly over time.

More broadly, we believe that the introduction of this capability represents the beginning of a new operating paradigm for private markets investors, one where deal teams can move from data room to analysis in a matter of minutes.

Deal teams will increasingly move from receiving a data room to fully completed data-cube analysis and slide deck and memo output in a matter of minutes.

As this shift unfolds, diligence cycles will compress, analyses will grow more sophisticated, and technology will play an increasingly central role in how firms underwrite deals.
