Diligence Q&A module

Rivanna now allows you to generate responses for an entire set of diligence questions in a single workflow. Investment professionals can copy and paste a full list of questions directly from Excel, eliminating the need to enter questions individually. 

All questions and generated responses are saved in a shared workspace, allowing the entire deal team to review, add, and iterate on the list collaboratively.

AI-powered VDR index 

To quickly understand the contents of a data room, upload the documents to Rivanna and export a structured data room index in either PDF or Excel format. 

The index includes AI-generated, detailed descriptions of each document, eliminating the need to manually summarize files when preparing data room updates for senior stakeholders.

Charts and graphs

Rivanna now generates charts and graphs from quantitative data, with export options for both images and underlying Excel data.

Improved copy / paste

When copying content from Rivanna into a document or email, you can choose to paste either clean text or text with citations. All formatting is preserved.

When citations are included, they appear as linked footnotes that point back to the underlying source document in Rivanna, ensuring full data provenance and traceability.
